Failure to fulfill this obligation entails the occurrence of debt, the amount of which may increase by the amount of the fine. If the municipality starts a court case, the total amount may increase significantly due to the payment of bailiffs. The worst case scenario is the seizure of real estate and putting the apartments up for public auction. To pay the state real estate tax yourself, you need to personally come either to the community of Nessebar at 10 Edelweiss Street, office No. 2 (the window of the cash register "Local Danchiki") or to the Sveta Vlas kmetstvo on the second floor (center, at the post office). It is enough to have only a Bulstat card with you. You will be given a printed receipt, which you will later submit for a visa.
